Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our services, our approach, and what to expect when you become a patient.

What services does The Balanced Body Center offer?

The Balanced Body Center offers NUCCA upper cervical chiropractic, full spine care, functional medicine, pelvic wave therapy, and therapeutic massage. Each service is part of a coordinated, root-cause approach — not a menu of disconnected treatments.

Do I need a referral to become a patient?

No referral is needed. Most new patients contact us directly to schedule a discovery call, during which a doctor will review your situation and determine the most appropriate next step. We take the time to understand your history before recommending any course of care.

Is The Balanced Body Center in-network with my insurance?

The Balanced Body Center is a cash-based practice, out of network with most insurance plans. Medicare is accepted. We can provide superbills for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Many patients find our fees are comparable to standard chiropractic co-pays.

How is this different from traditional chiropractic care?

Most chiropractic offices focus on one technique. The Balanced Body Center combines NUCCA upper cervical care, full spine adjusting, functional medicine, and pelvic wave therapy under one roof. All care is gentle and precise — no twisting, pulling, or yanking. We address the root cause, not just the symptom.

How do I get started?

Call us at (704) 849-9393 or book a discovery call online. Your first visit includes a comprehensive health history and exam. After reviewing your findings, a doctor will present a personalized care plan. We don't recommend any course of care until we thoroughly understand your situation.
